Suite/Villa Descriptions

• Studio/Guest Suite: Suitable for up to 4 guests but is more ideal for 2. Many of the larger branded resorts do not have full kitchens; rather they feature kitchenettes/wet bars. Some brands, such as Divi, will feature full kitchens in the studio villas.
• 1-Bedroom Villa: Suitable and ideal for up to four guests. These units generally feature separate living room and bedroom areas and feature full kitchens or well-stocked kitchenettes.
• 2-Bedroom Villa: Suitable for up to 6-8 guests. These units generally feature separate living room and bedroom areas and feature full kitchens. Some resorts may combine a Studio and 1-Bedroom Villa that share a common wall with a door that connects the two units.
• 3-Bedroom Villa: Suitable for up to 10-12 guests. These units generally feature separate living room and bedroom areas and feature full kitchens. Some resorts may combine a Studio and 2-Bedroom Villa that share a common wall with a door that connects the two units.

From an availability perspective, 2-Bedroom Villas and Studios are the most plentiful, followed by 1-Bedroom Villas and lastly 3-Bedroom Villas for major brands such as Marriott. Divi will have more availability for Studio and 1-Bedroom Villas and a limited supply of 2-Bedroom Villas
