You're paid your full asking price within 48 hours after the booking's final confirmation — before the guest ever checks in. No waiting until after check-in the way Airbnb pays out.
Where a listing exists for your resort, your week is also offered through our Airbnb listings — run by a top-rated Superhost (4.97 average across ~500 reviews) — on top of our own store.
Nothing is final until you sign off and add the guest to your reservation. Payment runs through PayPal Goods & Services, for security and reporting.
Tell us the resort, your dates, unit size and view, and your asking price — with your reservation confirmation number.
Your week goes up in our store at your price plus our fee, and into our Airbnb pricing where a listing exists for your resort.
When it books, you approve the booking and add the guest to your resort reservation, then confirm back to us.
Your asking price lands via PayPal Goods & Services within 48 hours of the final confirmation — well before check-in. (PayPal charges the recipient a fee of 2.99%, so factor that into your asking price.)
