Own a timeshare week you can't use? List it here. You set your asking price — the store lists it at your price plus 12%, and you receive your full asking price for a completed stay. If a guest requests your week, you're emailed right away; you sign a short owner agreement, add the guest to your resort reservation, and confirm back. That's it.

Resort reservation

Price. The Owner sets the asking price. The store lists the week at the asking price plus 12%, and that 12% is the Agent's fee. Card processing fees, where a guest pays by card, are charged to the guest and are never deducted from the Owner's asking price. Payment to the Owner is made via PayPal Goods & Services for security and reporting purposes, so the Owner must set up a PayPal account to receive payment. PayPal Goods & Services charges the recipient a fee of 2.99% — the Owner should take that fee into account when setting the asking price. Availability. The Owner keeps the listing accurate. If the week becomes unavailable for any reason, the Owner will take it down immediately from their week page. The Agent sends availability checks by email — monthly, and every week during the last month before check-in; a week that is not reconfirmed within 7 days of a check is taken down automatically and may be relisted by the Owner at any time. A week that is still unbooked on its check-in day is removed from the store.
